If your hard disk and restore the system and save your music photos and other important files, then reformat and reinstall the operating system, which is the best way to get completely clean and then make sure you have a good anti -- protect viruses and malware! Good luck!
Doing this way will cost you nothing, but some time, I hope this helps, I did it twice and it worked for me!

I can say that a Geek Squad works for 100% load custom charge a penny. They work with you step by step. I've been on this site and have also helped there. It's great. They helped me get rid of infections in the past.

Download an anti-virus software below, all are free, and install and update. (Avast) is my favorite

Once the program is installed, follow these steps.

1. Disable System Restore.
2. Restart the computer in "Safe Mode".
3. In Safe Mode, run anti-virus. What is not here to cheat, perform a full system scan.

This should eliminate viruses.

4. Restart your computer in standard mode, then restart System Restore.

All programs against the following viruses are free for personal use.

AVG

hmm, what to use avast! and then send it to the manufacturer of your antivirus software. to see whether you are a false positive in it. if they say it is a virus, try to remove it in the next update. If you do not reinstall
